Cancellation Policy
There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes, and no other arrangements have been made, you will be considered a no-show. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment. After 3 no-shows you will be banned from being able to book online.
